Now, let me introduce you to Tim Collins. Tim is all about helping clients find their perfect - whether it's their coastal dream home, a lucrative investment, or simply a slice of beach paradise. With a background that spans finance, sales, and sports coaching, Tim brings a unique blend of skills to the table. Originally hailing from Knoxville, Tennessee, Tim's journey includes a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor, where he earned recognition as a two-time All-American Scholar-Athlete. His career took him through successful sales management roles before landing him on the Emerald Coast in 2013.

Tim's real estate career began by growing portfolios for a property management company, and his passion for the industry led him to earn his real estate license and eventually launch Coastal Premier Properties in 2020. In its first year alone, Coastal Premier Properties achieved over $30 million in sales volume - a testament to Tim's dedication and expertise.

Driven by values of honesty, integrity, and trust, Tim is committed to helping people succeed on all fronts. Whether it's maximizing returns for buyers and investors or assisting colleagues in growing their business, Tim's goal is to ensure success for everyone involved.

Beyond his professional life, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Lydia and their two Labrador retrievers, Cooper and Murphy, in Miramar Beach. They love soaking in the beauty of the beach, enjoying sunsets, fine meals, and supporting charitable causes close to their hearts.

Sports remain a significant passion for Tim, with basketball and baseball holding a special place in his heart. And let's not forget his appreciation for travel, architectural and interior design, and making meaningful contributions to organizations like the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation and local animal rescues.
