His dedication to excellence has made him one of McDonald's youngest franchisees, starting his journey with the company at just 23 years old.

But David's passion goes beyond managing restaurants - he's deeply committed to leadership development. Actively involved in McDonald's leadership programs, David holds positions on the McDonald's National Executive Leadership Team and the McDonald's National People Team Chairman. He travels across the country, helping other McDonald's owners/operators lead their businesses through effective people management.

David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. His commitment to nurturing future leaders is reflected in his engagement with McDonald's leadership initiatives and his involvement in the community.

On a personal note, David is married to Mary Jane Costa, and they have six children. The Costa family enjoys traveling the world in search of the finest restaurants, coffee, and cocktails, exposing their children to diverse cultures along the way.
